Day-by-Day Itinerary
Pick up from the hotel and drive through the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve. Stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to take photos of the historical escarpment. Masai Mara is part of the Serengeti vast plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest migration and is home to the Big Five. Enjoy an introductory game drive on this day, preparing you for the full-day game drive the next day.
The amazing wildlife experience continues. On the plains are large herds of herbivores grazing and cheetahs and leopards hiding in their locations. Masai Mara is the heart of Kenyan tourism with large species of mammals, amphibians, and reptiles and over 400 bird species. Nowhere in Africa is wildlife more abundant , a visitor hardly misses seeing the Big Five. Picnic lunch at the Mara River migration point.
