Day-by-Day Itinerary
Early morning drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. Arrive on time for lunch and check into your accommodation. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive. The reserve is famous for its populations of elephants, wildebeests, zebras, impalas, buffalos, gazelles, rhinos, lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Optional activities include morning and afternoon game drives, night game drives, black rhino tracking, guided bush walks, horse riding, cultural Maasai village visits, and hot air balloon flights (at extra cost). Overnight at Enkorok Mara Camp.
Two game drives today: early morning before breakfast and late afternoon , the best time to spot animals at their most active. This is when big cats are more active, providing some of the most dramatic photography opportunities. Watch for lions during rare bouts of daytime activity, fascinating to see the social interaction between pride members and the playful ways of lion cubs. The reserve is famous for its Great Wildebeest Migration.
